- There
will be an admin fee of £6.00 + VAT on signing the contract.
- Units
must be padlocked- a range of padlocks
are available.
- 1st
For Storage requires that your belongings be insured while in storage
(A cover note may be asked for). We can provide affordable
insurance.
- Customers
are requested to leave the premises 15mins before closing.
- 1st
For Storage will refund any hire for unused days (subject to 14 days
notice) along with your security deposit within 4 weeks of vacating
your unit.
- No foods,
flammable or perishable goods are permitted to be stored on the premises.
- Please
note – Although
we require 3 hours notice before moving any of the boxes, we endeavour
to attend to your requirements as quickly as possible and aim to complete
the shift within the notice period.
