rental in advance - this will be prorated so that future payments fall
on the 1st of each month.
- A security
deposit - this is equivalent to 1 month’s hire of your storage unit/s.
- Personal
identification- e.g. passport/driving licence/credit card.
- An alternative
contact for emergencies - full name, address and telephone number may
be required.
- A padlock
- a range of padlocks are available from
reception, starting at £7.00 plus VAT. See below for our product range.
- Administration
charge – a one-off fee of £6.00 plus VAT is payable on signing the contract.
